Speaker Bio
Dr. Anwesha is a human capital strategist, educator, and transformation advisor with over 16 years of experience across consulting, corporate leadership, and capability building.
She speaks at the intersection of identity, influence, and internal capability while helping organizations move beyond execution to build strategic muscle from within. Her keynotes are grounded in practice, shaped by research, and designed to shift how people think about transformation, not just as a business challenge, but as a human one.
She holds a PhD in Change Management, a Post Graduate Diploma in Training and Development and an MBA. She is currently pursuing her second Doctorate at the University of Calgary where she is testing and theorizing her proprietary BRIDGE™ Framework.
Dr. Anwesha is also the author of The Human Capital Consulting Starter Kit, The Human Capital Consulting Roadmap, and the creator of the BRIDGE™ Framework, a practical model for turning everyday roles into advisory engines for change.
