It is not about job titles. It is about uncovering moments where you solved problems, led change, or influenced outcomes. You begin by establishing your professional baseline.

Reframe – Shift the Narrative

This is where you begin to shift how you describe your work. Instead of saying, “I coordinated onboarding,” you might say, “I designed and implemented an onboarding program that reduced new-hire attrition by 15%.” The goal is to reframe your contributions in a language the business understands, “outcomes, impact, and strategic value.”
