Dr. Anwesha is a strategist, educator, and transformation advisor who has led global transformation projects across industries. The frameworks, tools, and programs offered are built from real-world experience, and not just theory. This is lived practice, shared with the next generation of human capital consultants.
Message from the Founder
After 16 years working in global consulting firms, corporate transformation teams, and executive roles, I saw the same thing happen again and again: people who knew the organization, the systems, the pain points, the people, were rarely the ones trusted to shape change. And those who wanted to do more than execution often didn’t have the tools, language, or space to grow into it.
IHCP exists because that didn’t sit right with me.
This isn’t just a training platform. It is a structure for people who are already doing the work often without the title. It is a place to name your strengths, reframe your value, and start showing up in the rooms where decisions get made.
I created IHCP for professionals who have led projects, delivered programs, coached teams, solved people problems, quietly, consistently, and without fanfare. And I created it for people who want to step into consulting without having to start from scratch. What we teach is what I have used. What we give you is what I wish I would had sooner.
To keep the work grounded, I also lead our consulting arm that supports organizations through strategy, change, learning, and workforce transformation. IHCP Consulting brings real-time perspective to everything we build at IHCP. It keeps us connected to what is actually happening inside organizations not just what frameworks say should happen.
Through our programs, frameworks like BRIDGE™, and our practitioner-first philosophy, I am committed to helping professionals and organizations grow with confidence while evolving alongside the future of work.
